At Exchanged Life Ministries Texas, our method of counseling is set apart from other Christian and secular approaches in that our emphasis is on the finished work of Christ. We do not teach the individual how to try harder with God's help, change themselves, or improve their self-image. Rather, we help individuals to discover Christ's plan for mastering life. God never intended for His children to live in their own sufficiency, but in Christ's sufficiency. For this reason, the "exchanged life" is not about changing a Christian's life, but exchanging your life for Christ's life and your insufficiency for Christ's sufficiency.

Exchanged Life Ministries Texas provides Biblically-based, Christ-centered, and client-focused services to individuals, couples, and families. We encourage hurting people to gain spiritual insight regarding who they really are "in Christ." Emotional, behavioral and relational problems are dealt with in an atmosphere of love, acceptance, understanding, and prayer. Counseling is done in our office in Dallas, Texas. In order to schedule an appointment for personal counseling we ask that each person complete a Counseling Intake Form.

Our personal discipleship counseling is on a donation basis. Each of our staff members raises their own personal support. This allows us to offer counseling on a sliding fee schedule, based on the counselee's ability to pay. Revenues from counseling, training programs and materials distribution are applied to ministry expenses.
